Jul 19, 2026 – 4.25pmDebt-laden public sector recruiter Hudson Global is set to emerge from voluntary administration with a new owner, turning over management of an operation that supplied hundreds of temporary workers to state and federal government departments to an ASX-listed player.Street Talk understands $40 million market cap technology and recruitment consulting firm HiTech Group Australia signed binding terms to acquire Hudson Global on Friday.
