The first chapter of what would become perhaps the defining Western trilogy, “A Fistful of Dollars,” kicks off the Dollars Trilogy (sometimes referred to as The Man With No Name Trilogy) in impressive fashion. It also marked Clint Eastwood's first leading role, a Hollywood icon who would become synonymous with Westerns. In this 1964 movie, a stranger (Eastwood) rides into a frontier town and gets embroiled in the feud between two factions, the Baxters and Rojos. To come out on top, he plays the two sides to his advantage. Directed by Sergio Leone, it’s one of the genre’s enduring classic films.Watch "A Fistful Of Dollars" on Prime Video now‘Judgment at Nuremberg’ (1961)
