Russian forces have once again attacked a key district heating facility in Kherson.

According to Ukrinform, the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA) reported the attack on Telegram.

"Another display of the utter depravity of Russian terrorists. Last night, the occupiers once again attacked one of the city's critical heating facilities," the statement said.

The regional administration noted that Russian forces have targeted the facility more than 1,000 times. The plant supplies heat to nearly 500 residential buildings in Kherson. It had already sustained extensive damage from previous deliberate strikes, and the latest attack effectively destroyed what remained.
