'58th' is part of this year's Cinemalaya, happening next month.The animated documentary film of GMA Pictures and GMA Public Affairs, 58th, is set to make its Philippine premiere at the 2026 Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival this August.
In an Instagram post, GMA Pictures announced that the animated documentary will premiere locally at Cinemalaya 2026 on August 13, Thursday, 8:30 p.m., at the Shangri-La Plaza Red Carpet Premiere Theater & Cinema 1.
GMA Pictures wrote in the caption, “58th-Carl Papa's animated documentary about the world's deadliest attack on journalists-makes its Philippine premiere at this year's Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival.”
