Neverland comes alive as Gideon van Biljon leads 'Peter Pan Jr.' at Die Centurion Teater

Gideon van Biljon will play Peter Pan in Scenario Youth’s Peter Pan Jr. at Die Centurion Teater.

Twelve-year-old performer Gideon van Biljon will take on the iconic role of Peter Pan in Scenario Youth’s 2026 production of Peter Pan Jr., which will be staged at Die Centurion Teater from August 13 to 15.

Scenario Youth announced that Van Biljon would step into the role after Erich Jordaan, who was originally cast as Peter Pan, accepted an overseas opportunity.

The theatre group congratulated Jordaan on the career opportunity and wished him success as he begins a new chapter.

For Van Biljon, the role represents a lifelong dream.
