Zelenskyy added that the Kherson, Donetsk, and Dnipro regions also came under Russian attacks during the night.

At least four people were killed and several others, including children, were injured after Russia launched a fresh wave of overnight missile and drone attacks targeting multiple regions across Ukraine.

Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, disclosed the latest casualty figures in a statement posted on his official X account on Friday, describing the strikes as another deadly assault on residential areas and civilian infrastructure.

According to the Ukrainian leader, two people were killed in the southern port city of Odesa after a Russian missile struck a residential building overnight. Five others were injured in the attack, including three children.

"Everyone affected is receiving the necessary medical care. My condolences to their families and loved ones," Zelenskyy said.
