This is the upgraded 2025 variant of the Chromebook 516 GE cloud-gaming laptop, which debuted at $479. It has only seen a handful of notable discounts to date since its debut, and today’s offer marks one of the lowest prices we have tracked for it. The Acer Chromebook Plus 516 sports a large 16-inch WUXGA display to give you plenty of room for browsing, working on assignments, watching videos, and handling multiple tabs. This configuration runs on Intel’s Core i3-1315U processor, paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 memory and 128GB of UFS storage, which should be enough for typical ChromeOS workloads. It also comes with Google’s built-in AI features, including Gemini and other tools available across the company’s ecosystem.
