Amazon Web Services' (AWS) Dave Brown is reportedly heading to Meta.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Brown will report to Meta's head of infrastructure and focus on the company's data center buildout. WSJ cites people 'familiar with the matter.' DCD has reached out to Meta for confirmation.

That Brown was leaving AWS was confirmed earlier this week by the company in a letter to Amazon employees penned by CEO Matt Garman, in which he acknowledged Brown's 19-year tenure at AWS.
The note did not disclose Brown's future plans beyond that he had decided to take "a new role outside of the company."
