The Master-Touch is Weber’s latest spin on its classic kettle BBQ. It’s simple but effective, and is perfect for searing, grilling and the occasional smoke. It’s compact and fairly affordable, too, at least in the smaller 22-inch guise. And I love that you can customize it to an extent at checkout. Obviously, it isn’t going to offer the grill space or fancy features of larger, more specialized alternatives — but that’s kinda missing the point. My only major gripe is that the wheels feel a little flimsy and let down the otherwise premium design.
