"US forces, including fighter jets, aerial drones, and warships, launched precision munitions that hit dozens of Iranian military targets such as coastal surveillance and air defense sites, military logistics infrastructure, and maritime capabilities," CENTCOM said. According to the report, three strong explosions were heard around the airport, where Iranian armed forces are stationed.Additionally, Iran's semi-official Fars said a bridge in Bandar Khamir had been targeted in an attack from the US.The Kehvarstan bridge, which crosses the Shur River in southern Iran, is a key transportation route, according to Tasnim. Traffic on the Bandar Abbas-Kehvarstan-Lar route has been suspended, it added.
