A family of three are feared to have killed themselves after they fell from a tower in Germany.Two parents and their child were found dead at the bottom of the 213ft Harz Tower in Altenau on Thursday, according to local reports.Firefighters raced to the popular tourist landmark after receiving reports at around 4.40pm, but could not save the family. Police suspect the cause of death was a suicide pact. A spokesperson said: 'The first emergency responders on the scene found two men and one woman with fatal injuries.'The area has been cordoned off and the county's crisis intervention team has also been deployed.Investigators said that there was no technical defect in the tower. Local police said: 'At approximately 4:40pm, an emergency call reported that three people had likely died at the Harzturm observation platform.
