A water main break in West Hollywood sent water rushing through neighborhoods and flooding apartment buildings early Thursday morning.The water line burst around 3 a.m. near Sunset Boulevard and Holloway Drive, according to local authorities.Video footage shows water rushing through the streets with a strong current, hitting parked cars and apartment complexes as residents walked through several inches of water. A bus yard in the area was also flooded, causing delays for morning commuters.
