Wealth and asset management firm Neo Group has secured approximately Rs 350 crore in a fresh funding round led by Peak XV Partners, marking a renewed investment by the venture capital firm, which was also the company's earliest institutional backer.

The deal, for which definitive agreements have been signed, comes as Neo looks to strengthen its technology platform, expand its advisory network, and introduce new investment products amid growing demand for sophisticated wealth management solutions in India.

The latest capital infusion follows TVS Capital's Rs 550 crore investment in the company earlier, reflecting continued investor confidence in Neo's growth strategy.

While the company did not disclose its valuation, it said the transaction is expected to close shortly.

Founded to serve ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, institutions, and corporates, Neo Group has emerged as one of India's fast-growing wealth management platforms.
