The secret to Diipa Büller-Khosla’s hair is a 5,000-year-old ritual. The founder of the Ayurvedic beauty line Indē Wild credits her long, healthy hair to the ancient practice of hair oiling. “It’s so much bigger than my mom doing it on a Sunday; it’s something every Indian household does,” Büller-Khosla says. “The way it’s evolved over the last few generations in my family, at least, usually you do it with your loved ones, but as I’ve been traveling and not always with my mother, I do it myself. It becomes a moment of self-care.”
