Alleged criminal tycoon, Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala has appeared before the Madlanga Commission on Wednesday.
The Madlanga Commission has moved testimony of the alleged criminal tycoon, Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala to September 1.
Matlala is expected to submit his statement not later than the end of July, chair Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga ruled.
“Matlala must submit his statement not later July 29,” he said.
Matlala sought to his testimony be moved arguing that taking the stand before his criminal trial could compromise his right to a fair hearing.
