The presidents of Moldova and Romania, Maia Sandu and Nicușor Dan, as well as Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, have arrived in Kyiv on a visit.
According to Ukrinform, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced this on the social network X.
“Kyiv welcomes esteemed high-level guests on Ukraine’s Statehood Day. President of the EU Commission Ursula von der Leyen and leaders of Southeast Europe will meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky for productive talks. We will hold the Fifth Ukraine–Southeast Europe Summit to reaffirm our partnership and cooperation on the path to the EU,” he stated.
Sybiha attached the photos of the leaders’ arrival in Kyiv to his post.
According to the minister, during the visit, the parties will focus on strengthening European security, developing multilateral political dialogue and cooperation in the defense sector, and discussing other pressing issues.
