Marking its tenth anniversary, FNB has unveiled two new offerings—nav» Youth and nav» Payroll—as customer demand shifts beyond traditional banking towards practical tools that support financial wellbeing, entrepreneurship and business growth.

Since its launch, nav» has become an integral part of millions of customers’ financial journeys. More than six million people have used nav» Money to improve their financial health, creating savings goals worth over R1.75 billion while engagement has grown more than sevenfold. The platform’s data shows that 74% of active users are now engaging more deeply with budgeting, savings and financial planning, with users demonstrating stronger financial outcomes than non-users.

The ecosystem has also expanded into other aspects of everyday life. nav» Home has supported more than R76 billion in home loans and helped over 61,000 customers find homes. nav» Car simplifies vehicle ownership, with 1.34 million vehicles registered in its virtual garage and 728,000 digital licence renewals completed, eliminating the need for long queues. Meanwhile, nav» Care has enabled customers to donate more than R10.5 million to verified charities.
