Ellavoz Impact Capital Names Jeffrey Crum Chief Executive Officer; Founder Robert Hutchins to Serve as Chairman
Leadership transition positions the firm for continued growth in workforce and affordable housing investments
Ellavoz Impact Capital, LLC (EIC), a social impact investor, advisor, asset manager, and real estate developer focused on creating and preserving workforce and affordable housing, has named Jeffrey Crum as Chief Executive Officer. This role will be in addition to his role as president. Robert Hutchins, who founded EIC and served as its CEO, will transition to the role of Chairman, where he will continue to guide the firm's strategic direction and support its network of investors, partners, and community stakeholders.
Jeffrey Crum joined EIC as Chief Operating Officer in 2024, bringing nearly two decades of community development and affordable housing experience to the firm. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in growing EIC's impact investment portfolio and deepening its partnerships with community development financial institutions and nonprofit housing organizations.
Prior to EIC, Mr. Crum spent more than a decade with New Jersey Community Capital, where he served as Chief Investment Officer and led its real estate affiliate, Community Asset Preservation Corporation (CAPC), overseeing the building and renovation of nearly 2,500 housing units across multiple states.
