Sigma Advanced Systems Ltd, a Hyderabad-based aerospace precision engineering company, Tuesday announced the acquisition of 100 per cent of the equity share capital of UK’s Bromford Precision Solutions Ltd, which is aimed at strengthening its global footprint in the complex aeroengine market.The transaction, valued at approximately GBP 11.89 million (approximately ₹153 crore), is expected to close by end-July 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, Sigma said in a statement.According to the company, the transaction evaluates the business at approximately 4.6 times its estimated CY2026 adjusted EBITDA. This competitive multiple highlights Sigma’s disciplined strategy of pursuing acquisitions that actively drive value.The acquisition strengthens its international growth strategy and positioning within the Rolls-Royce supply chain, while complimenting its UK division, Nasmyth Group, Sigma said.Sunil Kalidindi, Chief Executive Officer, said, “This acquisition strengthens Sigma’s position within one of the most demanding aero engine supply chains in the world.
