Cryptominer-turned-data-center-developer CleanSpark has secured a tenant for its data center in Sandersville, Georgia.
The customer has not been named but is described as a "high investment-grade, leading global technology company." The lease will run for 20 years and has two five-year extension options, with an expected $6.6bn in contracted revenue over the initial term.

According to CleanSpark, the customer will deploy "production-grade infrastructure" at the data center dedicated to a range of computing workloadas.
The company has also signed a letter of intent covering CleanSpark's Texas portfolio of 718 acres and 885MW of secured and planned capacity, including the company's Sealy and Bazoria campuses.
