A summer trailer dropped huge spoilers for the Channel 4 soap, including new affairs, new life-and-death drama and hints at what some of our favourite residents are hiding.‌Mirror sat down with some of the soap's cast, and the stars told us exclusively what fans can expect in the coming weeks and months. To say the show is going to be unmissable is an understatement, with the stuff ahead looking pretty good.‌If you want drama, tension, battles and all your questions answered, you're going to want to stay tuned as what the soap has planned is all edge-of-your seat stuff, with some added chaos. Here's a glimpse of what's ahead...Jaw-dropping Cindy return storylineThe new trailer teased that as Cindy returns, she's introduced to her niece Beth who recently arrived on the show. But why do Beth and her partner Jonah seem so nervous around Cindy?‌Cindy makes them squirm, as she clarifies that she "already knows" Beth "very well, very well indeed". Mirror can confirm that the pair share a history away from the village, with plenty of secrets to come out.It could all tie into a major new storyline for returning Cindy too, with actress Stephanie Waring telling us it's going to shock viewers. She's very excited for fans to see what happens, something not yet covered by the soap for Cindy, and it will be "full" of twists and turns!Jonah's shocking twistAmid the mystery with Cindy, and the Keane families recent turmoil over the crash and the person harassing Beth, there's more big twists to come. A huge storyline for Jonah could spell an exit for him too.‌Actor Matthew Wolfenden told us something truly shocking was on the way for Jonah, and he's not sure he will be redeemable once it airs. We're keeping quiet on this one for now but trust us, it's going to be jaw-dropping.Not only that, but Matthew promised new twists and some more secrets set to be exposed. It's safe to say the drama isn't dying down anytime soon for this new family.‌Warren kills again?What hasn't Warren done at this point? Kill a sibling! But that could be about to change. The trailer teased Warren would track his brother Jenson down, after he's been held captive by villain Gemma.What happens next though will have far-reaching repercussions for Warren and others. We can't give too much away but actor Jamie Lomas, who plays Warren, heavily hinted that Warren could kill Jenson, unaware of the full circumstances surrounding Jenson's kidnapping.He could make a devastating discovery in the fallout that changes everything. As for Prince's plan to take Warren down, Jamie teased it's Prince who may need to watch out! Jamie also discussed Sienna Blake's return to the soap, and what this might mean for Warren.‌McQueens in chaosIconic Myra McQueen will be caught in the middle of family drama once more in upcoming scenes. Her nieces Theresa and Cleo are in a cheating scandal with Dodger Savage, with Myra on hand to try to keep the peace between the cousins.Then there's Prince's betrayal as he cheats on his partner Vicky. Myra won't be best pleased, and it's safe to say she's got her hands full trying to stop he family falling apart.As secrets explode, Nicole Barber-Lane promised plenty more twists and turns where the McQueens are concerned.‌Vicky's turmoilIt might be all over for Vicky and Prince for good, as his betrayal with Leah could be exposed. Actress Anya Lawrence told us that if Vicky learns the truth, there's no going back for her character and Prince.With Vicky secretly battling an eating disorder, this could also be revealed to characters soon. Anya hinted at what was ahead for Vicky and Gemma, and where her character's future lies.‌Leah's betrayalLeah has caused nothing but trouble since her return to the show recently. In the lead up to her wedding with Imran, that's going to continue.She seduces Prince, betraying her friend Vicky and her fiancé Imran right before the wedding. With Imran's mother Misbah suspicous, could it all blow up on the big day?Actress Charlotte Riley promised plenty of drama ahead, while she also teased new scenes could show a different side to Leah, behind the confident facade.‌Summer spoilersCindy isn't the only return this summer, as we also have Lucas Hay, Sienna Blake and James Nightingale all returning soon. Dodger will be left fighting for his life, just as he's forced to choose between Cleo and Theresa.There's the big wedding, and the fallout to the big confessions episode.
