Darlow has signed a two-year contract with an option for an additional 12 months at Old Trafford, where he is expected to serve as back-up to Senne Lammens. His arrival follows the expected departure of current back-up Altay Bayindir and the loaning out of Andre Onana to Trabzonspor, while veteran Tom Heaton recently extended his contract. Darlow brings significant experience, having made 38 appearances for Leeds, including 22 in the Premier League, and previously played in the top flight for Newcastle, alongside earning 15 international caps. This signing marks Manchester United's second in as many days, following the acquisition of Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos, with the club also close to securing Aston Villa's Youri Tielemans.
