During the night of July 14, Russia launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv, causing fires in the city's Holosiivskyi and Darnytskyi districts.

This is according to the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) on Telegram, as reported by Ukrinform.

"The air raid alert in Kyiv has been declared because of the threat of the enemy using ballistic weapons," the statement said.

The KCMA initially reported fires at two locations in the Holosiivskyi district.

Later, the administration said that cars were on fire in the Darnytskyi district as a result of the attack.
