Jul 14, 2026 – 12.01amThe nation’s largest pension funds are failing to meet basic customer service standards, according to a survey of their call centres, with AustralianSuper found to be connecting just one in 10 members to a representative within 15 minutes.Commissioned by advocacy group Super Consumers Australia, the research will reignite pressure on the Albanese government to progress its long-promised mandatory service standards for the sector.
