One person was killed in a shooting involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in Biddeford, Maine, state officials said.“A person was killed. ICE was involved. State Police and the Department of Public Safety are now on scene to gather details and would expect the FBI to investigate as well,” Maine House Speaker Ryan Fecteau (D) said in a statement posted on Facebook. “These are the details that I have at this time.
