Large-scale power outages in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region have disrupted electricity supplies in the Svatove, Starobilsk, and Kreminna districts, as well as on the outskirts of Lysychansk.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Oleksii Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
According to Kharchenko, local residents attribute the recurring blackouts to the inability of the Russian occupation authorities to maintain the seized power grid, as well as the critical deterioration of the infrastructure.
"Unstable voltage in the power grid is creating a domino effect: many settlements are already experiencing related problems with water supply and communications," Kharchenko said.
