Swaglord9000 took down JFT Esports GC in the grand finals of VCT 2026 Game Changers Oceania Split 2 on July 11, earning qualification to the GC Pacific LAN stage. The win cements the team’s status as the most dominant force in women’s Valorant across the Oceania region, and it puts them on a collision course with other regional champions at the upcoming Pacific event.
What happened at GC Oceania Split 2
The tournament, part of Riot Games’ official VCT 2026 Game Changers circuit, ran its playoffs through early July before culminating in the grand finals. Swaglord9000 claimed first place along with a $500 prize and, more importantly, the GC Pacific qualification slot.
Swaglord9000’s victory wasn’t exactly a surprise. The squad has built a reputation for regional dominance, including undefeated map records in prior Game Changers splits and multiple Oceania titles. The roster previously competed under the Rising Esports GC banner following a 2025 signing, and their consistent performance has made them the team to beat in the region.
At the GC Pacific LAN, they’ll face winners from other regional circuits across the broader Asia-Pacific zone.
