These include increasing support for frontline and border regions, boosting the supply of weapons and drones to the military, and preparing for the winter period. The strategy also involves accelerating the transformation of state-owned companies and managing reconstruction agreements with international partners. Zelensky also announced structural changes to Ukraine’s foreign policy approach. Specific officials will be appointed to manage priority areas. These areas include defense cooperation with the US, the European anti-ballistic project, European Union integration, relations with neighboring states such as Poland and Hungary, the Middle East and Gulf region, China, and key international organizations.
