Ukraine’s military says it has struck 21 Russian tankers with drones overnight as part of its campaign to deprive Russian forces in occupied Ukraine of fuel.
It’s the latest in a series of attacks on Russian shipping, which has seen a total of 76 vessels struck in the past week alone.
We spoke to Alina Frolova, who has served as Ukraine’s deputy defence minister and is now deputy chair of the Centre for Defence Strategies.
