Maid School Japan was established under the supervision of the Butler Association Japan to provide practical training in high-end domestic service and elite hospitality.
According to the school, the curriculum is not only for aspiring maids but also for professionals in hospitality, tourism, sales, consulting, and executive support, fields where polished communication and strict attention to detail are paramount, according to Japan Today.
The curriculum covers professional conduct, elite etiquette, advanced communication, luxury home cleaning, table setting, meal service, confidentiality obligations, household management, garment and valuables care, VIP relations, and international hospitality standards, as announced by the association on its website.
Students can enroll in the full course to earn a certificate of completion or select individual modules based on their interests.
Applicants must be at least 20 years old, but no prior experience in domestic service or hospitality is required. The program welcomes both male and female applicants.
