According to Vadym Liakh, head of the Sloviansk City Military Administration, the city was struck by three FAB-250 guided aerial bombs at approximately 10:00 a.m. local time. The heavy munitions caused widespread destruction in the densely populated area. “Three people were injured and provided with outpatient medical care,” Liakh reported on social media. “Unfortunately, a 67-year-old man died. His body was pulled from the rubble of his own home.” The kinetic impact of the heavy bombs damaged at least 15 private residences, four multi-story apartment buildings, an administrative facility, and four vehicles.

Assault on Kharkiv and Izium The northeastern Kharkiv region has faced relentless, separate attacks throughout the day, targeting both the regional capital and surrounding cities. In the city of Izium, a Russian strike hit a residential area, directly damaging a multi-story building. Oleh Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, confirmed that four people were injured in the attack. Emergency services were immediately deployed to the scene to provide medical assistance and secure the damaged structure.
