The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) confirmed that a Russian aircraft struck an apartment complex, causing three fires to break out across a total area of about 630 square meters (6,781 square feet). Two five-story buildings and several garages reportedly caught fire, while emergency crews extinguished the flames on two balconies and in the garages, containing another blaze. Due to the renewed threat of shelling, crews were forced to suspend recovery operations.
