Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre is reviving its popular Bengali food festival, “Banglar Roshona Bilash 2.0”, after last year's edition drew a strong response from guests.

The buffet dinner will be held at the hotel's Attitude Restaurant between 6:30pm and 10:30pm from Jul 8 to 12.

The festival is themed around Gram Bangla, recreating the food, music and atmosphere of rural Bengal for guests within the city, Holiday Inn said in a statement.

On arrival, guests will be served the hotel's signature green mango juice, also known as Aam Panna, alongside other traditional drinks such as lassi, ghol -- a yogurt-based drink, wood apple squash, lemon mint and tamarind squash.

Fresh Padma hilsa is among the festival's key attractions, served alongside a savory mash and pickle station, as well as street-food favorites including fuchka, chotpoti, and jhalmuri.
