Osun lawmaker distributes 20,000 notebooks to 65 schools

The Deputy Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Akinyode Oyewusi, has distributed 20,000 exercise notebooks to pupils in public primary and secondary schools in Ife North Local Government Area.

The donation was presented to the management of the schools at an event held in Ipetumodu, Osun State, on Friday.

The event was attended by traditional rulers from the local government area, community leaders, teachers and selected pupils.

Speaking at the event on behalf of the donor, Segun Amure, who represented Ife North State Constituency in the Osun State House of Assembly, said the initiative was part of Oyewusi’s continued investment in education.
