Revolut has connected its standalone crypto exchange, Revolut X, to third-party AI assistants, allowing customers to analyze markets, monitor portfolios, and place trades using natural language prompts, the fintech said Friday.
Supported assistants include Claude, Gemini, OpenClaw, and Cursor, with users on other platforms able to link accounts through a universal skill or a command-line interface published on GitHub, according to the company. No coding is required.
The integration lets customers request plain-text breakdowns of portfolio performance, pull real-time market data, set custom price alerts, place market and limit orders, and manage open positions without returning to the Revolut X app.
Customers can also describe a trading idea in natural language — a grid strategy on bitcoin over the last 90 days, for instance — and receive historical performance, risk metrics, and optimization results.
"AI agents give us much faster workflows, smarter execution, and tighter integration with the tools we use to trade every day," Leonid Bashlykov, head of product for crypto at Revolut, said in a statement.
