Russia's Ilsky oil refinery, oil infrastructure, and the port of Taganrog were targeted in overnight attacks on July 10.
According to Ukrinform, Andrii Kovalenko, Head of Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council announced the strikes on Telegram.

"The Ilsky oil refinery, oil infrastructure, and the port of Taganrog – the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to systematically strike Russia's oil industry, logistics, and economy," Kovalenko wrote.
