Details: Local residents report explosions heard in Simferopol, Kerch and Hvardiiske. Mikhail Razvozzhayev, Russia's appointed head of temporarily occupied Sevastopol, reported an air-raid warning in the city, while Russian authorities in Crimea twice overnight reported the closure of traffic on the Kerch Bridge.
