The woman on TikTok shared her story of smash-and-grab survival.
When someone threw a cement block through her window on the notorious N2 "hell run", only a miracle saved her life and those of her family.
The woman, who had been the driver of the vehicle, was travelling with her mother and sister along the N2 from Somerset West when tragedy struck on 13 April.
She shared how she lost consciousness behind the wheel, but that through divine intervention and prayer, she managed to keep the vehicle on the road and stop it without injuring anyone.
The woman said: “Jesus saved my life on the 13th of April 2026.
