Our shopping editors have had a busy month already — and trust us, we know we’re only a little over a week into July. We’ve wrapped up Prime Day, scoured the internet for the best World Cup and America 250 merch, and kept up with a seemingly endless stream of new releases. Which also means we’ve sorted through product after product like it’s our job (because, luckily, it is).

We’ve seen the anniversary drops, the gifts promising to make your spouse feel special, and the same album covers pressed again and again so every fan can own one more “exclusive” variant. But we’ve also seen the bad, the huh?, and, especially in fashion, the just plain ugly. All of that is to say: We’ve spent the past few weeks separating the great from the gimmicky to put together our Editors’ Picks for July.
