If you can believe it, it’s already July, and 2026 is halfway over. With another month of shopping officially behind us, it’s time to take our monthly deep dive into which Amazon finds HuffPost readers flocked to in June — and given that Prime Day was moved up to the end of June this year, we had many more products to comb through.Among the hundreds of worthy buys we wrote about last month, these 20 rose to the top. It’s a fascinating mix of products that continue to dominate these lists, as well as some totally new surprises. Everything from kitchen tools to personal tech, Korean beauty and dental hygiene must-haves made the cut. While most of these bestsellers were the result of deep Prime Day discounts, we’d stand by all of them at full price, too. Below, keep reading for all the June bestsellers you’re going to want to for yourself, if you haven’t bought them already.AmazonA bar of Japanese persimmon soap to get rid of "old person smell"Months ago, HuffPost reported on the "old person smell" phenomenon, wherein increased production of the organic compound 2-nonenal in people over 40 creates a slightly stale, "musty" scent that can be difficult both to smell on yourself and also to wash off. This highly-rated Japanese persimmon soap bar by Mirai claims to target this particular smell, it became such a popular item that it topped our bestsellers list in March and hasn't left in any of the months since. The soap contains permission extract with more deodorizing tannins than competitors, as well as green tea extract, which is rich in antioxidants (declining skin antioxidants is one of the causes of "old person smell"). Reviewers claim that the soap's odor elimination lasts for days, and you can use the bar on areas where nonenal odors are strongest, like the back of the neck and behind the ears.AmazonA powerful dish spray that cuts grease like magicA recurring best-seller among HuffPost readers — both during sale events and not — this foaming dish spray works superbly and most professional cleaners will tell you that you can use it to clean more than dishes. We love it so much here at HuffPost that even though its popularity this time around was due to a great Prime Day sale, we still recommend it at full price. Grab this household staple plus refills and you probably won't need to buy dish soap again for a long while.AmazonCrest 3D Professional WhitestripsWhat can we say about Crest 3D Whitestrips that hasn't already been said? These are the old reliable of at-home whitening treatments, and have a truly bonkers number of reviews to prove it (its Amazon average is 4.6 stars across over 104,000 ratings). The strips are so easy to use, and while the price might seem steep, you could save tons of money on professional whitening treatments by using these instead. This kit includes 22 treatments.AmazonAn ultra-absorbent Gorilla Grip bath matThis Gorilla Grip bath mat became a surprise runaway success when it went on sale during Amazon Prime Day 2025. Since then, we've featured it a few other times, each time intriguing more HuffPost readers looking for a way to make stepping out of the shower less of a fall risk, and in 2026, it once again was belle of the ball during Prime Day sales. The bath mat is super affordable and available in a staggering amount of colors, shapes and sizes to fit your bathroom. Not only that, it's made with plush chenille and textured rubber backing to be soft and durable, not to mention stay in place when you step on it.My parents bought this bath mat in the gray color and rectangular shape shown here for their guest bathroom. I'm probably the person who's stepped on it the most frequently when I've stayed with them, and never once felt the rug slip underneath my feet. It's a godsend to have that sense of security, considering my parents' shower is a tub with a sliding glass door, an awkward design that makes getting in and out a bit of a to-do. The rug is also extremely absorbent and feels like stepping onto a cloud.AmazonTula’s brightening eye balm stickAmazonA K-beauty "miracle cream" for aging skin with salmon DNAWe know what you're thinking: Salmon DNA? But we're serious: PDRN is a trendy collagen-boosting Korean beauty ingredient you might have heard of that is derived from salmon sperm. And plenty of people have experienced the benefits for themselves, because after we gave it a HuffPost Shopping Award, Prime Day sales took it over the edge to become a runaway favorite. The moisturizer is lightweight, non-comedogenic and designed to be worn under makeup without issue. It especially seems to be a hit among those concerned about aging skin, earning the title "Botox in a bottle."AmazonA 4-pack of Mouthwatchers flossing toothbrushesFormer HuffPost Shopping writer Haley Zovickian first expressed her interest in Mouthwatchers' flossing toothbrushes during Amazon Prime Day 2024, unknowingly starting a trend among HuffPost readers for years to come — each time a major sale rolls around, like it did for Prime Day, these things fly off the shelves, and for good reason. The Mouthwatchers brushes are manual toothbrushes, which may have slightly gone out of style with the immense popularity of electric toothbrushes, but these brushes have gained their own fans because they still do the hard work for you. The bristles are designed to be dual-layered, with an ultra-thin top layer that better reaches tight spaces for a deeper overall clean (hence why they're called flossing toothbrushes).Zovickian, who tested them out herself, said the brushes made a noticeable difference in her dental hygiene. "Within about a week of switching from a regular brush to this one, my previously coffee-stained teeth looked markedly whiter, my plaque was less visible and my gums looked healthier," she wrote. "My mouth also feels remarkably cleaner, a result that reviewers echo. I can’t help but feel that this model is toothbrushing the way it should be."AmazonGrandpa's Weeder: A stand-up tool beloved by people with back painSay hello to basically the only outdoor tool that won a HuffPost Shopping Award this year. Referred to as a "magic wand for weeds," few products have inspired the same level of reviewer poetry as Grampa's Weeder. This stand-up weed puller tool caught our attention because of its ability to make an arduous task efficient, accessible for people with back pain or other mobility issues and — perhaps most surprising of all — oddly satisfying."What would have taken me hours to do took 20 to 30 minutes, tops. The best part is that it was sooo satisfying. I feel like sneaking into all my neighbors yards and getting all the weeds," one reviewer wrote. Another said, "I now roam the lawn like a justice seeking lawn wizard, avenging grass one weed at a time." It seems the masses agree with them, since this handy tool has earned a 4.5-star average across over 65,000 Amazon reviews. HuffPost readers also flocked to our coverage of the tool in 2025.The weeder has a footpad you can step down on after inserting the claws over the weed into the ground, a mechanism that allows it to penetrate soil without requiring you to bend over. Then, you simply lean the tool over and pull, and the weed should come right out. It's a must-have for older and younger gardeners alike who want this task to go by easier, and some shoppers love it so much they're buying multiples to give away as gifts.AmazonA pair of Beckham Hotel Collection pillowsWe've been writing about how great the Beckham Hotel Collection pillows are for years, and it's practically a canon event at this point for these to wind up among the bestsellers of each Prime Day sale.Whether you're a back, stomach or side sleeper, the pillows' "bounce back" ability is great for neck support and relieving pain, according to reviewers. They're also cooling and breathable, a must for any pillows you're planning to use this summer.AmazonLancôme's Lash Idôle mascara that can give you the 'lashes of a 20-year-old'“I am 68 years old and my lashes look like lashes of a 20-year-old. I won’t be using anything else,” one reviewer wrote about this lightweight lifting and volumizing mascara, which also saw Prime Day interest this month for its effect on aging lashes. It's on the pricier side, but many appear to agree it's worth the buy, boasting up to 24 hours of waterproof wear and featuring a curved wand that lengthens and fans out lashes to prevent clumps.AmazonA $20 water flosser that reviewers say rivals WaterpikIf you've been putting off getting a portable, cordless Waterpik water flosser because of the steep price, look no further than this $20 alternative that we wrote about this month. It's similarly cordless and rechargeable, not to mention equipped with a 300-milliliter water tank and four pressure settings. It's also waterproof, so you can even use it in the shower if you like. Along with the flosser base, your purchase comes with two standard jet tips, a periodontal tip, orthodontic tip and a tongue cleaner tip. All that for $20? Not too shabby.AmazonThe perennially popular Wet & Forget weekly shower cleanerI'm not at all surprised that this low-maintenance shower cleaner was a bestseller for June, as it does numbers every Prime Day. I buy this for myself nearly every time it goes on sale, and can attest to how it just melts off grime soap scum and stains in my tub. It works on so many surfaces, comes in two scents, and comes in a massive jug that should last you a while.AmazonThis expanding black dental floss that shows you the gunk you're removingHere's a rare June bestseller that wasn't part of our Prime Day coverage. As the name implies, this black floss is, well, black. That darker color may give it an advantage over regular white string floss: “The black color makes it easy to see all the gunk removed from dental surfaces,” one reviewer wrote. “This helps me know if I need to go over some areas again, to make sure I have a perfect clean. I think my dental hygienist is going to be well pleased with my teeth during my next visit.” Others say the color has “made my flossing more productive” and that the visible results give them motivation to floss more. The color isn’t the only standout aspect of this floss, however. It also expands between the teeth; it’s made with four woven threads that are designed to target all the plaque along the gumline for a fuller clean while still gliding smoothly and softly — ideal for people with sensitive gums. “The expanding texture really helps clean between teeth thoroughly without causing any irritation to my gums,” one reviewer said. “It’s soft yet effective at removing plaque, and the soothing mint flavor leaves my mouth feeling fresh after every use.”Tessa FloresA 3-piece set of hefty Carote baking sheetsThese baking pans were one of the best kitchen Prime Day deals we found. So good, in fact, that senior shopping writer Tessa Flores even bought them for herself."They are made of carbon steel and I was so surprised at how hefty and nice they were," Flores said. :I also like how high the edges are, so I can be confident my roast potatoes aren't going to slide off the pan when taking them out of the oven. If you need to throw out your grimy baking sheets as I did, these are such a good replacement."The pans come in three fun colors (blue, green and pink) to add some excitement to your kitchen. An undereye brightener that works miracles for the sleep-deprivedLourdes Avila Uribe/HuffPost, Lourdes Avila Uribe/HuffPostSenior shopping writer Lourdes Uribe wrote about Catrice's under-eye brightener as one of her editor's picks for Prime Day sales, but if you missed the discount, don't fret: This is still only $6 at full price, an absolute steal."If, like me, you suffer from dark under-eye circles, then this is an incredible tool in your arsenal," Uribe wrote. "It's a brightener that not only helps to lighten dark circles, but can give eyes a more open, awake look. I wear it on its own or layered under concealer on especially tragic days. It's really lightweight and has a smooth finish that stays put without creasing. I love it on days when I don't want to wear makeup but need to perk up my overall appearance. It honestly takes years off my face and is a must for anyone with babies and small kids. It's available in four shades, and is formulated with skin-loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid and shea butter."Amazon, kali9 via Getty ImagesAn ultrasonic cleaner for glasses and valuablesIf you're beleaguered by constantly needing to clean your glasses, jewelry or dentures, look no further than this ultrasonic cleaner that's been selling like hotcakes since we covered it on the first day of June. The tank, which holds a cup and a half of water, uses ultrasonic soundwaves to get into all the nooks and crannies while preventing scratches on your precious items and being done in just five or seven minutes, depending on the setting you choose. It works on so many different products, making this a must-have even if you don't wear jewelry.Griffin Wynne, Griffin WynneA portable, pocketable charger that our editorial director buys for everyoneNever get caught without a portable charger, and there are few better ones than the iWalk, an ultra-compact option that's pocketable and works fast. We gave it a 2025 HuffPost Shopping Award, and it saw renewed attention this month when it went on sale for Prime Day.We can also personally vouch for this one, as HuffPost editorial director Kristen Aiken owns it herself. “I simply cannot be unprepared and disconnected, whether I’m on a train that’s been stranded or at the U.S. Open grounds, which are notorious for sapping your phone’s battery," she previously wrote. “This thing is small enough to stash in my purse and keeps a charge that’ll last me a couple days, which keeps my anxiety levels at bay. I’ve since bought it for my mom and my best friend so they never have an excuse not to receive my texts.”In addition to charging anywhere from 20% to 60% in just 30 minutes, this baby has an LED display that shows you how much juice is left and doesn't require a cord to connect to your device.A 4-pack of Bluetooth trackers that cost less than one AirTagNo AirTags? No problem. These Bluetooth locators are only $20 for a four-pack and can connect to Apple’s Find My network to give you similar peace of mind when you want to keep track of your possesssions. The trackers boast many of the same features as AirTags, including alerts, contact sharing and Lost Mode. Plus, unlike AirTags, these have built-in keyrings to clip onto other items — no need to purchase a separate holder that costs even more money. While these likely saw interest this month because of Prime Day sales, we did give them a HuffPost Shopping Award back in April, meaning they're the real deal.AmazonAn expert-recommended solution for older people struggling with balanceEarlier this month, experts told HuffPost that balance discs (like this ProsourceFit one we found) can be a helpful training tool for working on your balance, which can decline with age. This disc has a dual-textured surface and can be inflated using the included hand pump to get it to your desired level of firmness. The unstable surface can help you engage your core to improve your balance. You can also use it as a cushion behind your back while you're sitting, for posture support. You should, of course, consult a professional before using any exercise equipment like this.
