MANILA, Philippines – International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) has completed its acquisition of a São Paulo-based warehousing and logistics company, diversifying the port operator’s footprint in Brazil.
In a disclosure on Thursday, ICTSI said its wholly owned subsidiary, IRB Holding Ltda., had secured all regulatory approvals andsatisfied all conditions for the acquisition of Companhia Regional de Armazéns Gerais e Entreposto Aduaneira (Cragea).

The company did not disclose the purchase price, although it earlier said the acquisition would be funded through cash and would amount to less than 10 percent of its consolidated shareholders’ equity as of end-2025 and the end of the first quarter of 2026.
