Solera Kitchen + Wine Bar Celebrates a Strong Start on Seal Beach's Main Street
Over 1,200 guests welcomed in first 15 days as the community turns out for the new wine bar and scratch kitchen
Solera Kitchen + Wine Bar marked its Grand Opening on June 29 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce, celebrating the launch of the coastal wine bar and scratch kitchen at 210 Main Street. Following a soft opening on June 15th, Solera has welcomed more than 1,200 guests in its first 15 days.
"We've felt so much support from this community, and it's meant everything to us," said Brandon Martini, Co-Founder. "People come to Seal Beach and they want to slow down. We built a place that makes that easy. Seeing our neighbors show up for it the way they have has been the best part of all of this."
Solera is co-founded by operator and certified sommelier Brandon Martini and entrepreneur Todd Wohrman, with a kitchen led by Executive Chef Michael Droma, whose background includes The Bazaar by José Andrés, Sotto, Cantinetta Luca, and Sugo Social. The restaurant continues to be built around its three pillars: a sommelier-selected wine program, a from-scratch seasonal kitchen, and handcrafted in-house charcuterie.
