Belarus increased its rail shipments of petrol and diesel to Russia to a record level in June amid fuel shortages on the Russian market.

Details: Belarus, which operates two oil refineries with a combined nominal capacity of 24 million tonnes per year, had previously said it is ready to partially compensate for the capacity of Russian refineries lost as a result of Ukrainian drone attacks.
