New security camera footage has provided investigators with more details about the final known movements of 11-year-old Natalia and her former stepfather Asen Simeonov, who have been missing for 10 days. The search operation continues, involving police teams, specialized equipment and dozens of volunteers.

One of the recordings, captured by a camera at the bus station in Varna, shows Simeonov carrying a backpack during the early hours of the day. Investigators have established that he did not reach the city by bus but arrived by taxi from the Shumen village of Iliya Blaskovo, where he had reportedly been staying with his brother for the previous two months.

According to information collected during the investigation, Simeonov left the village following a conflict with his brother that turned into a physical confrontation. After that, he traveled to Varna and then took another taxi to the village of Konstantinovo.

A second video recording has also been obtained by investigators. It was filmed at approximately 2:40 a.m. on Monday and shows Simeonov and Natalia leaving Konstantinovo on foot.

Authorities are now focusing on the period between Simeonov’s arrival in the village at around 2:00 a.m. and the moment he and the child were seen leaving about 40 minutes later. Investigators consider this timeframe crucial, but it remains unclear what happened during those minutes. After the two left the village, their trail disappears.
