Ezzatollah Zarghami, a member of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and Iran’s former Minister of Cultural Heritage, has demanded the summoning of the Turkish ambassador to Tehran, asserting that Donald Trump is issuing military strike orders against Iran from Turkish soil.

In a post published on Wednesday on the social platform X, Zarghami wrote: “Summon the Turkish ambassador and warn him. The lunatic Trump is issuing orders to attack Iran from there.”

He further stated: “Make the world understand, through the language of diplomacy, that the murderer of our martyred Leader was within reach for retribution. Out of respect for friendship and good-neighborly relations, we refrained from harming him.”

Zarghami’s remarks follow a highly provocative statement by hardline parliamentarian Hamid Rasaei on Tuesday. Referring to the U.S. President’s presence at the NATO summit in Ankara, Rasaei wrote: “Now that Trump is within range, his location must be targeted.”

Hours after those statements circulated, Saberin News, a Telegram channel closely aligned with the Iranian regime, published a geolocation pin in Ankara, claiming it identified the exact hotel and room where Donald Trump is staying during his trip to Turkey.
