Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.Step 2Heat a barbecue or grill pan to high heat, brush with a little extra oil and grill the marinated broccoli for about 7 minutes, turning regularly until the broccoli is charred and cooked through. Alternatively, you can roast the broccoli on a lined baking sheet in your oven as hot as it will go for 20 minutes.Adam’s tip: Leftover tandoori broccoli can be turned into “butter broccoli” by adding it to a simple sauce of onion, garlic, ginger, tomato passata and cream. The best recipes from Australia's leading chefs straight to your inbox.Sign upFrom our partnersSimilar RecipesMore by Adam Liaw
