Ingredients1 garlic clove, finely minced2 tsp soy sauce2 tbsp sesame oil1 tsp Korean mild red chilli powder1 tsp toasted sesame seeds1 spring onion, finely slicedsalt, to season1 head broccoli, florets separatedMethodIn a large bowl, combine the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, chilli powder, sesame seeds and spring onion and mix well. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a simmer and season with salt. Add the broccoli and simmer for 2 minutes, then drain and combine with the sesame and chilli mixture. Mix well and set aside to cool to room temperature before serving.
