The forum is hosted by the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia and the Embassy of Canada, with Prime Minister Carney delivering the keynote address. Saudi Arabia is Canada's second-largest trading partner in the Gulf region, with bilateral trade totalling $3.5 billion in 2025.
