A second phase of the inquiry into the 2024 Southport stabbings began today.
It will examine how to deal with individuals who pose a risk of extreme violence and the role of the internet and social media in influencing and enabling them. Axel Rudakubana was jailed for a minimum of 52 years for the murder of three young girls in Southport two years ago.
