AGC International, the sales and distribution arm of AGC Studios, has named Diane Ferrandez and Nat McCormick to the newly created roles of co-heads of worldwide sales and distribution, effective immediately.

Los Angeles-based McCormick and London-based Ferrandez will share management and film sales and distribution responsibilities for AGC International with Ferrandez also spearheading AGC’s fast-expanding television sales operations.

McCormick’s new role reunites him with AGC chairman and CEO Stuart Ford and AGC co-founder Miguel Palos, who were previously partners at IM Global, where he began his career managing marquee independent sales titles such as “Insidious,” “Sinister,” “Bullet to the Head” and “The Butler.” He later served as president of worldwide sales and distribution at The Exchange, handling global sales for 10 films annually, securing deals with major studios, streamers, and international distributors. Most recently, McCormick helped launch independent film company, Stoic, where he served as president, worldwide sales.

Ferrandez joined AGC Studios in 2022 as senior vice president of film sales and distribution and has handled titles such as Richard Linklater’s “Hit Man,” Anna Kendrick’s “Woman of the Hour,” Justin Kurzel’s “The Order,” Ron Howard’s “Eden” and recently wrapped “Babies” from Lauren Miller Rogen. In 2024, she expanded her mandate to include television sales and co-productions including partnerships on series including “Vanished,” starring Kaley Cuoco, “Embassy,” starring Anna Kendrick, Sam Heughan and J.K. Simmons, and Beatles biopic “Hamburg Days.” Ferrandez came to AGC from Rocket Science where she oversaw sales, financing and slate development, negotiating deals with studios, independent distributors, platforms and broadcasters worldwide.
